Pastor Pete Sapp and his congregation, Trinity Reformed Church in Brady's Bend, PA are celebrating a couple of little miracles that have blessed the pastor and church family in a BIG way!

On February 10, 2009 Pete's wife, Terri, gave birth to their third child, a beautiful baby girl. This was a second blessing that the pastoral family received within the past few weeks.

 

The first was the miracle surgery of their toddler one year old daughter on January 21 who was battling liver cancer. God's hand was all over the experience.

 

Pete wrote in an email after surgery... 

 

"Shout to the Lord for He is good, His love endures forever!  Surgery was not only possible, but the surgeon believes that it was a complete success. He feels that he had enough room to cut out all of the cancer, yet leave the vital veins intact... Praise the Lord, feel free to tell anyone who will listen to our wonderful news!"

Pete further writes,

 "On top of this, we received news right before we left that her margins were clear and cancer free.  What happens is they test the parts of the liver that they cut, to see if they cut far enough to get past the cancer.  We knew all along this was going to be hard to do because of how close the cancer was to the veins, but God made it happen."

We give God thanks and praise for His healing touch on Pete & Terri's daughter!  Please continue to pray for them, their family and their church family at Trinity Reformed Church.
