An atheistic lawyer in Florida created a case against the observance of the Easter holiday, and argued for a discrimination suit against Christians.  The argumet was that is was unfair that atheists had no such recognized holiday.  After listening to a passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel and dimsissed the case.

The lawyer objected, "Your honor, you can't rightly dismiss my case because it is a fact that we atheists have no recognized holiday."

The judge leaned forward at the bench saying, "Sir, you are woefully ignorant, for there is a holiday for atheists."

The lawyer asked, "How so, your honor?"

The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is 'April Fool's Day', and Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.'  Thus, it is the opinion of this Court, that if you say there in no God, then you are a fool.  Therefore April 1st is your holiday.  Court adjourned!"

You gotta love a judge that knows the Scriptures!  And thank God you know the Scriptures, and the Risen Lord of it!... Because He lives so shall you live!  (John 14:19)

Should I say, "Happy April Fool's Day"?  Nay, "Happy Easter".
